This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Talent. Acquisition & Recruitment:Handling the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, Screen resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.Maintaining the application trackers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and source suitable candidates.involved in pre-joining, onboarding & post-joining formalities.HR Operations & Compliances:Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.Support the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Coordinate and assist in the execution of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee benefits, and HRIS management.Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Qualifications and Requirements:1.
