The Requirement is for Voice Process for leading NBFC based out of GGN for Contact CenterDepartmentJob Title: Team Leader OperationsLocation:NoidaJob Type: VoiceCTC: 3, 25,000 to 4,56,000/-Number of Positions: 60Detailed Description:1. Candidate is required to be flexible for work, where Basic Shifts will be for 9 hours, including1 hour breaks, and the timings will be from Morning 8 to evening 8. You will be aligned inany shift between this 12 hours Window.2. Should be flexible to stretch as and when required.3. Should be comfortable in handling Outbound/Inbound/Back-office/Blended process as perrequirements.4. Should be ready to handle escalations based on customer requests.5. Should have good knowledge of MS office ( Excel, Word and PPT)6. Should be experienced in handling Outbound/Inbound Process, with a team size of minimum30 to 40 people.7. Should be able to handle team issues, manage Roster, keep attrition under control, andshrinkage under check8. Will be required to do constant monitoring of AMEYO and drive sales targets/DeliverCustomer service Answering and Service Levels on basis.9. Should be able to manage team performance, related to assigned process.10. The Job requires you to work 7 days a week with 6 weekly Offs in a month, and these will beprovided as per Roster shared on weekly basis.11. Candidates with self-conveyance and staying in and near GGN are preferred, since we do notprovide transport ( Pick or Drop)Note: You should be flexible to adjust and get trained for any other process as well, which will beas per Organization requirement from time to time.
