Job Title: Team LeaderLocation: Noida, IndiaReporting Manager: Assistant Manager / ManagerRole Summary:Lead the team of Finance Reporting, HR Reporting and Finance Systems and look after day-to-day data driven activities. Passionate and knowledgeable to improve business processes to benefit the business as well as client. The core of this role will involve delivering accurate and timely reporting through a variety of technologies to a broad group of internal customers.Responsibilities and Duties:
• Able to work under own initiative, with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at the right level with technical, non-technical and other business stakeholders alike
• Maintain up-to-date process documentations like SOPs, Update and Exception Tracker, and all other advised process logs and reports
• Coordinates & supervises the daily activities of business support or production team
• Translating business requirements into powerful visualizations through data modelling and optimization
• Driving a pro-active and inquisitive approach to identifying opportunities to improve working processes, having confidence to question the status quo
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Trains team members, conducts performance reviews with focus on supervising people in all work activities including coaching/counselling employees on performance
• Understand, implement and contribute best practices for operations and constantly seek opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure integrity of the data is always maintained and that everything has been captured in accordance with defined Standard procedures, best practices and legal regulations
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with the team members and providing constructive feedbacks on their performance and guidance for improvisations
• Build relationships with key points of contact within the operation across the processes and other functions in order to maintain an understanding of the process context
• Contribute towards the achievement of company s strategic and operational objectives
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Work together with the On-Shore teams to ensure the reporting / processing as per SLAs
• SQL scripts development
• Data modelling and Power BI Dashboards to support decision making across organisation
• Strong knowledge of VBA to do (and lead) improvisation and automation projects
• Help and guide team on SAP Business Objects (Webi) reports
• Experience working with large amounts of data
• Must be articulate, precise, detail-oriented and highly responsive
• Rigorous attention to detail
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Competent knowledge on MS Excel, VBA and MS Access
• Advance knowledge and experience on SQL scripts and database concepts
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (along with Data Insights would be added advantage)
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects (Webi) reports development
Education and Experience:
• BCA or bachelor s degree in Computer Science from an accredited university
• 4 5 years of experience in T-SQL, Power BI, and VBA with at least 1 year of team lead experience
