Roles and ResponsibilitiesTech writing: should be well versed with API documentation, administrator guides, HTML, databasesAnalyze existing and potential content, and identify necessary updatesProduce high-quality technical documentation with minimal supportDevelop tutorials that align to common customer use casesGather information through product specification docs, interviews and product demos, and product exploration.Should have a knack to understand complex use cases and technology, and produce a simple explanation to themCoordinate with various stakeholders and work closely with them to produce a high quality customer facing documentationDesired Skills and Experience3-7 years of experience in technical writingExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Preferred Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism or EngineeringFamiliarity with creating demo videos, product guides and visuals/ diagrams for technical support contentProven working experience in developing technical documentation for software productsAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them in a simple wayHighly organized with Careful attention to detailExperience in FinTech is a plus,
