Technical Lead - MFT

Job Description

Candidate should be able to design, architecting and consolidate ST Server setup to achieve optimum file transfer process. Candidate should be able to perform ST migrations and automate ST upgrades, patching and configurations.Education Bachelor s degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in MFT Domain. Minimum 2 years of experience on Windows/Linux/RHEL/CentOS Minimum 1 years of experience on Cloud as developer or administrator. Must have Installation of Axway Secure Transport (ST) v5.x server in Windows/UNIX/Linux OS environment. Setup/Configuration of Axway ST server with SSL/PKI. Knowledge of Protocols such as HTTP, FTP and SFTP and TCP/IP. Knowledge of basic OS (Linux and Windows) level commands. Knowledge about the exchange in certificates at protocol and server level ( authentication methods). Review, design and implement ST Server Linux/Unix scripting. (sending/resend/error-handling) Understanding of file transfer mechanism. Monitor, collect and analyze logs. Good to have Knowledge about Docker and Kubernetes. Know-how of database mainly- MYSQL, Oracle and MS SQL. Strong ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS , Azure knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident/Problem/Change Management processes experience Strong analytical skills and incisive thinking ability Experience on Upgrade and Migration Projects. Excellent in Client Interfacing and customer co-ordination Skills Knowledge of product architecture Autonomous with one programming language/scriptingOperational 24*7*365 shift (with night shift and India Festivals / Public holidays).
