Job Description

    TECH MAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT/ NETWORK ENGINEER PROFILEJOB DESCRIPTION -
    • Candidate must have knowledge in networking:LAN/ WAN/ WLAN/ DHCP/ DNS/ NAT
    • Candidate would be responsible forhandling Internet Troubleshooting Issuesrelevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
    • Willing to provide resolution in the first interaction with the customer.
    • Should possess good English verbal skillsandinternational BPOexperience is preferred
    • Freshers can also apply but must have a technical background (B-Tech/BCA/Bsc)
    • Must be flexible in working in rotational shifts (24*7) specificallynight shifts.
