Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in developing content for technology-related products. Expertise in domains such as Networking and Telecom. Working experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS). Knowledge of using tools, such as FrameMaker and MS Office applications. Must have the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form. Excellent interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills. Developed content for products using the agile methodology. Any Bachelors Degree and above. Desired Skills: Worked with globally dispersed teams. Ability to analyze customer cases and improve customer experience through documentation. Roles & Responsibilities: Research, plan, develop, and write documentation sets, including complex technical materials, under limited supervision. Help to identify and implement standards and process improvements. Perform simultaneous task and project coordination for multiple projects. Work with editors and technical resources to improve document quality and usability. Take on special projects/initiatives, in addition to regular duties, and demonstrate self-motivation. High-proficiency in Networking /Telecom technology and a thorough understanding of technical writing life cycle and project management. Ability to partner with customer support teams, and plan for documentation improvement. Ability to take independent decisions with minimum guidance from the management. Ability to solve a wide range of complex problems related to the creation and maintenance of documentation sets in creative and practical ways.
