Job Description

    About The JobResponsibilities aka Your Impact: Lead coordination and planning for project activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly Where needed, work directly with vendors to ensure cost-effective service utilization and monitor internally for changes in budget or spend Manage the interaction between engineering, product and other functions by identifying priorities, defining cross-functional milestones, and coordinating schedules. Own project documentation, status tracking, and communication between stakeholders to ensure delivery and overall project health Contribute to an environment thats conducive to a great execution culture and removes obstacles to project completionEssential Job Qualifications aka Keys to Success: 3 years of experience as a project manager including experience launching / executing projects and prior experience managing software projects through their full lifecycle Proven ability to solve complicated problems creatively and. effectively Excellent verbal & written communication skills, empathy for the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects An appreciation for software engineering and product management practices and ability to advocate for stakeholders and product owners as needed Experience in a rapid growth of the organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software Strong bias for action, demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguityBonus Qualifications aka Preferred, but not required: Fluency with any of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Powerpoint, MIRO, MS Teams Understanding of micro-service delivery models Project Management / Agile certifications highly desiredWhat You Need 4 year degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related technical/engineering degree Software development, particularly web-based and Software-as-a-Service experience preferred 2 years experience managing Agile project delivery, knowledge of Agile (scrum/Kanban) 3 years of project management experience Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage time-critical projects Experience with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint Ability to work effectively in teams and most importantly, work in a virtual environment Personal integrity, always honest and an unfailing personal ethic of doing the right thing,
