Job Description

Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walkins in the Office and site.
Working on leads generated by Tele caller, digital marketing or any other source.
Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explained projects
Coordination with other team for site visit of the clients
Regular Follow Up with Clients for the Sale of Properties.
Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customers Needs.
Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospective Clients.
Should maintain proper daily feedback report in Excel sheet.

Graduate 12th or Graduate in any stream.
Males and Females with Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written) are Welcomed.
Candidate with prior experience in Noida real estate market will be preferred.
Should have knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, Commercial/Residential projects and overall market conditions Etc.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

12 site visit arrange for client in a month.
1 sale in a month
