    Job description :-We are looking for highly motivated and customer oriented individual for Telesales executive profile.In this role, You will be responsible for upselling our products and services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to purchasing orders.Roles & Responsibilities:-1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service2. Answering questions about products or the company.3.Understanding the products and services offered by the company.4.Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.5.Updating the database with all the customers information.6.Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.7.Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
