Job Description

    Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to concern teams.About the role:1. Timely reconciliation of all treasury managed bank accounts2. Accurate Accounting of treasury transactions3. Monitoring and validating interest income, interest expense, bank charges and other treasury P&L items4. Preparing contemporary MIS on group s treasury footprint5. Monitoring policy framework for treasury operations of the group6. Risk Management and ensuring adherence to limits7. Relationship management with banks and internal stakeholders8. Backing up Treasury operations & payments of the groupExpectations/ Requirements:1. 5-7 years of work experience in Treasury & Investment2. Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture3. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day4. Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project5. Develop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders6. Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for Technology improvements7. Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals8. Engage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common bottlenecks esp. on Technology frontQualification:1. CA/ CFA with at least 4 - 5 years of experience in Portfolio management/ Debt market operations/Investment Experience with min portfolio size of Inr 500 Cr +2. SAP Knowledge a mustWhy join us :1.
