Job Description

    Key Activities & Responsibilities
    • The role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT/NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate students learning and understanding
    • Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
    • Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.
    • Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
    • Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students live questions
    • Expert level proficiency for JEE main and NEET examination
    • Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
    • Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
    • Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
    • Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
    • Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.
    • Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
    • Produce answers that are 100% accurate
    Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
    • BE/BTech/Bsc/Msc /MTech /PhD from reputed University (For JEE).
    • M.Sc./ M.Phil./ PhD from reputed University (For NEET)
    • M.Sc. From reputed University (For Foundation).
    • Minimum of 5 years of prior teaching experience (For JEE/NEET)
    • One to two years of Experience (for Foundation).
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Goal-oriented attitude
    • Very strong academic record
