Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with a proven track record in crafting exceptional user experiences for e-commerce websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with technical proficiency, possessing a deep understanding of UI/UX design and development and a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-driven interfaces.Qualification: Bachelors degree in Design, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce and mobile application projects. Excellent understanding of frontend development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints.Requirement: Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and editing visual assets is. preferred. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and the latest industry trends. Experience with complete eCommerce development lifecycle. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Well-versed with reporting and documentation skills. Strong understanding of modern UI/UX trends and familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards. Experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user experiences. Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product. Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines. Ability to work with GitHub / Bitbucket version controlling system.
