However, we are looking to hire someone with at least 6 months to 6 Years of experience in RPO/Staffing, This will be a permanent UK Shifts (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST). Responsibilities and Duties: As a IT Recruiter you will responsible for following duties: As a IT Recruiter, your day to day activities will be working on IT Requirements of our clients and source the candidate from various job boards, social media and internal database. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals Leverage various job portals e.g. CW Jobs, Job Site, JobServe, Monster, Reed, Linked in RPS, Indeed etc. Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency So, if you have go getter attitude and willing to work in UK Shift, we encourage you to apply today. Responsibilities : End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates. Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, references etc. Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications Build & sustain the network of potential candidates. C2 - Restricted Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process. Experience: IT Recruitment: 1-6 Years Required Skills: Candidates from US/UK Staffing industry / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences. Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc) Good command in verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Negotiation skills. Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment. PAYs Umbrella and Knowledge in UK Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) Excellent Communication Skills Excellent English-Written and Verbal Go getter attitude.
