Job Description

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
    • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Perform reference checks and background screenings.
    • Make recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection.
    • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven work experience as a HR Recruiter in IT and Non-IT Profiles.
    • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
    • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
