Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrior experience of having implementing RPA bots using Automation Anywhere version 11.0 or higher Knowledge to analyze log details available in control room after implementing development or testing phase. Knowledge of Scheduler and trigger of task from AA client and control room. Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization Ability to analysis root cause for an error Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions) Have working knowledge of Metabots and its feature Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases RPA development and support experience of minimum 4 years Migration of existing bots of AA version 11 to AA 360 Understand existing systems and resolve operations issues. Follow and improve coding standardsReviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools Documenting the automation proceduresTo develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality and cost standards.Proven expertise in Automation Anywhere as Technical LeadTo ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions orreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivityTo prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Knowledge and Skills requirements:
    • Experience designing automated solutions with TFS Release Management as the orchestrator of choice.
    • Extensive experience using PowerShell, DSC, Azure Microservices, Pipeline Deployments, and build branching strategies.
    • MS Vnext experience is a significant plus.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a project simultaneously.
    • Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
    • Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex software deployments.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships.
    • Ability to facilitate innovation and new ways of working with teams.
    • Experienced in managing to contract; ensuring clients and suppliers alike perform in accordance with original agreement.
    • Other relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, Database development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure) is desired.
