Job Description

    We have opening of WFM Dialer Administrator in NoidaPosition : Executive or Sr. ExecutivePortfolio:WFMJob descriptionWe are looking for a competent Agent/Sr. agent as WFM executive, primarily to admin our dialing platform. Agent will be responsible forefficient and effective running of dialer.Responsibilities
    • Campaign files upload and download
    • Real time monitoring of dialer to keep the idle and abandoned dialer under threshold
    • Effective communication with Operations to have a tight control of shift time and break time adherence.
    • Maintaining a track of dialer campaigns and their L2 metrics on daily basis
    Requirements
    • Proficiency on MS Excel & & dialer administration
    • Candidate should 10+2 or graduate
    • Should have minimum 1 year experience in similar profile
    • Should be open to work in night shift
    • rotational offs, shift basis client requirements
