You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.Responsibilities:Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems using ProductManagement.Create wealth products from scratch - web, mobile and web-apps across platforms.Work with engineers and designers and other stakeholders and drive them withyour zeal, passion, enthusiasm, and motivation.Simplify Investment experience for millions of users across India.Engage with customers & internal stakeholders (product, engineering, business, anddata, and communication, growth) to ship a pixel perfect product experience.Identify and own meaningful metrics for success of business and making them Go Bigwith your own efforts while balancing the user experience and customer satisfaction.Constantly work on identifying the new innovations on the wealth and simplify userexperience.Monitor the wealth products success rates and report to respective teams/vendors forany issues.Experience:Tech and Product enthusiast/ practitioner, with strong understanding of Internetusers in India.1+ years of experience in Product Management in a reputed internet company/startupProduct Management experience in a well-known consumer internet company with amillion+ user base or a fin tech start-up or an Ex-EntrepreneurHave a successful track record of conceptualizing, managing, and scaling up consumerproducts from scratch; building user friendly products; demonstrating design thinkingand managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.Working experience on building wealth products would be preferred.Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:MS or BS/ B.TECH in computer science or equivalent experience from top collegeShould have experience leading small teamsSuperior organization, communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsMust be a proven performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy, fast growing and start-up workplaceMust be a self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environmentWhy join us A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technologyImprove the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunitiesA solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goalsRespect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and managerCompensation: If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you.
