Job Description

  • Excellent understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance etc.) and relevant US -compliance regulations state wise New York, California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri (Must)
  • Proficient in HRMS system SAP Success factor or Oracle HCM Fusion
  • Experience with Benefit /Payroll Companies- Ceridian, ADP, Employee Navigator, , Fidelity, Equifax or others
  • Must have clear understanding of compliance requirements and federal and state regulations pertaining to programs like FLSA, CFRA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, OSH, Workers Compensation, Medicare and Social Security.
Certification
  • SAP Success factor or Oracle HCM Fusion
Knowledge and Competence
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Auditing data and ensuring consistency. Systems including HG Comply and Employee Navigator. Managing discrepancy reports and ensuring data updation
  • Managing Quarterly FLSA audits - exempt/non-exempt
  • Ensuring data validation and consistency between employer contributions and payroll deductions. Comparison of deduction setup in Employee Navigator to Ceridian. Comparison of deduction setup in Employee Navigator to ADP (Ascent). Sharing discrepancy reports with the benefit team and ensuring data updation
  • Auditing Fidelity weekly demographic file feeds trigger related with New Hire, Rehire, and Termination updates. Co-ordinating with HR Ops team to ensure employee record accuracy
  • Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations
  • Reviews benefits programs particularly after mergers and acquisitions
