The CO organization has a comprehensive global presence and is active in approximately 120 countries. Its organizational structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams deep understanding of local markets. This approach enables Nokia to maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Operations is also responsible for project delivery, ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will:
    • Act as customer s local interface for service delivery and support for HSS, UDM and PGW
    • Network operations service as per defined SLAs.
    • Preventive and Corrective maintenance of HSS, UDM and PGWand customer acceptance
    • Assist in execution of Care tasks typically within own area. Case handling thru SWF
    • Provides technical support for HSS, UDM and PGW
    • Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer problems within SLA.
    • Execute Care tasks as per contract and SLA.
    • Scheduling & performing Preventive maintenance for HSS, UDM and PGW
    • On-site support for Trouble resolution & emergency support.
    • Resolution of Customer Technical Queries within SLA.
    • Feedback and co-ordination with other technical teams & service business lines.
    • Impact assessment of configuration changes on services, performance and revenue.
    • Specification of testing required for each change.
    • Optimizing implementation changes.
    • Timely production of designs and configuration changes.
    • Review, coordinate and support commissioning and implementation activities
    • Undertake solution evaluation and testing
    • Trial and implement new network features
    • Assess and mitigate risk of Core Network changes to ensure minimal service or revenue impacts. More specifically this would involve performing network impact assessment and developing a test regime to mitigate exposure.
    • Develop and execute test plans, procedures, test specs and test cases.
    • Carry out independently complex technical activities such as configuration loading, software and hardware upgrades, software updates, new functionality or system integration, subscriber/link migration, re-parenting, Expert Support, Preventive Care and technical audits etc.
    • Develop and maintain procedures and tools.
    • Perform local SW (or HW) maintenance activities such as installation & test of technical/change notes /change deliveries
    • Technical activities such as SW upgrades and technical audits on site.
    • Technical support/coordination with Resolve/Emergency teams.
    Job Responsibilities & Competencies Mandatory Skills
    • Operations and maintenance experience of HSS, UDM and PGW
    • Experience in independently commissioning & integration of Nokia or any other vendors core network
    • Experience in integration of HSS, UDM and PGW with other network elements
    • Experience in complex activities like troubleshooting, swaps and splits, MVI, etc for IMS core elements
