Position Summary1. Develop the visual UX concept for product and services, and structure and visualize it for users. 2. Offer a new experience and sensation to users with the developed visual UX concept.Role and Responsibilities1. [Visual & Graphic Design] Conceptualize and design visual/graphic artefacts in sync with the brand philosophy and principles for multiple digital products and services. Exhibit understanding and knowledge of relevant aesthetic values and translate the same to tangible results.2. [Research & Analysis] Understand the needs and demands of the target users and update on the trending experiences and directions based on market and trend sensing.3. [Commercialization Design] Set detailed scenarios based on the derived visual UX (User Experience) concept principles and manage/ drive to ensure that product development outputs (e.g. artworks, guidelines, motion design, etc.) are delivered within the given timeline and resources.4. [Validation] Drive usability improvement by incorporating internal validation, and external validation results into the final output.5. [Software Competency] Have expert skill in visual graphic, 3D and motion softwares (example: Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Illustrator etc.)Skills and QualificationsLearns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issuesWorks on problems of limited scope.
