You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive the strategy, roadmap, execution of a product area to build high quality products/systems.About the team: Will be responsible to build and lead a Risk Product Team. Risk system deals with substantially high scale with millions of consultation events and practically 1 in 3 digital transactions flowing through Paytm Ecosystem.Responsibilities:Build and manage a team with strong product culture.Manage product vision, objectively prioritize and create a roadmap for respective products in sync with all stakeholders.Work cohesively with counterparts in various teams across Business, Product and Technology.Take part in sprint planning, daily standups, manage expectations and track roadmap.Stay updated with the latest trends in relevant industries and explore opportunities to implement relevant trends at Paytm.Risk Product:Keep pace with different fraud emerging techniques in the field of Account Take Over (ATO), Card Take Over (CTO) and Device Take Over (DTO) etc.Understand the various kind of frauds/abuse involved in merchant/acquiring ecosystem, and credit risk.Build verification services to act as 2nd level check in case of any suspicious attempt.Build the roadmap and vision of core risk engine i.e. Maquette.Be the Single Point of Contact for all Team in India for implementation of in-house Risk Management Product (Maquette).Work with Fraud Analytics and Ops Risk teams to continuously enhance the fraud/abuse checks.Work with engineering teams across BUs to ensure consistent implementation or latest supported methods.Skills Required:15+ years of experience in Product & Technology Development, with at least 5 years as a Developer/ Architect Should have experience on working with platform products at high scaleSpecific experience in working on Risk products will be a plus.Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:MS or BS/ B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top collegeHigh degree of ownership and impact orientation Entrepreneurial Drive, ability to set an agenda and build and nurture teams around itStrong technical understanding coupled with desire to productize thingsAbility to influence and work with multiple stakeholders.Why Join us Bragging rights to be behind the largest fintech lending play in IndiaA fun, energetic and a once-in-a-lifetime environment that enables you to achieve your best possible outcome in your careerCompensation: If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you, With enviable 500 mn+ registered users, 21 mn+ merchants and depth of data in our ecosystem, we are in a unique position to democratize credit for deserving consumers & merchants and we are committed to it.
