Hiring for IT Audit Profile1. ITGC Testing :a. Log monitoringb. Network managementc. Antivirus, Firewall, and other intrusion detection/prevention systemsd. Access management for IT infrastructure (privileged user management)e. BCP and DRP, Back-Up Processf. Control Over Database Management2. Application-Level Management :A. Testing of controls at Application Level w.r.t. followings in (SAP, Navision, and other Oracle-based accounting software including which are used in NBFC and Banks):a. Accounts and Finance Moduleb. Production Modulec. Payroll Moduled. Inventory Module etc.B. Segregation of duties at the application levelC. Testing of completeness and logic of various reports generated from the accounting system (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.)D. Access ControlE. Review of audit trail and logs of various applications specifically w.r.t. change of Master and other Critical configuration at the application levelF. Control over the entry and Back end or at Data Base level and checking of the same3. Audit of Change Management w.r.t. financial application and other critical applications which may have an impact on the financials data processing and reporting,
