Job Description

    The team youll be part ofStrategy and Technology lays the path for Nokia s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas for Nokia to create new value. We set the company s strategy and technology vision, offer an unparalleled research foundation for innovation, and provide critical support infrastructure for Nokia.The Brand and Marketing Communications team leads and maintains our corporate positioning including brand and messaging as well as provides a range of shared services to the rest of the organization, including design services, online and digital services, paid media and social media, analytics and intelligence, experience centers, events and hospitality services.What you will learn and contribute to The Online Technology Manager is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure websites and online services that meet the needs of the company. This includes consulting, support, and providing enhancements to the platform and connected web services to ensure best practices, good price-performance ratio, and interoperability with other systems and services. The manager also acts as the marketing organization s web privacy officer and domain management contact within the Online team for internet web analytics and reporting. Key tasks and responsibilities
    • Oversees the technical and infrastructure deployment for the website, including the website architecture and systems integration of the platform.
    • Responsible for the overall security deployment and serves in a website leadership role for privacy management
    • Operate, further develop and optimize the global internet platform and connected sites, services and tools which need to fully support external visitors and internal customers.
    • Work with the Security and Privacy teams to maintain high levels of security and adherence to data privacy requirements across Nokia websites.
    • Main point of contact within the Digital and Social Media team for web analytics with the responsibility to ensure best analytics tools and services are used. Will enable reporting tools to deliver information to the online team to support online performance review reporting.
    • Regular review of online systems and tools to ensure high levels of usability and quality assurance.
    • Constantly monitor and optimize the process and tools.
    • Act as a consultant and moderator for marketing and IT teams.
    • Member of the virtual project team for domain, DNS, web application security.
    • Support and advise on continued development of the online strategy.
    • Ensures corporate web properties support the company s business objectives, including revenue, qualified leads, brand presence and awareness
    • Develop and manage .com external online platforms across business for effective corporate positioning, messaging, and cross-company coordination. Covers full information architecture, audience-centric and campaign content, cyber security, and management
    • Manage key agencies to deliver a timely quality coordinated online experience on platforms & channels, with the clear project management approach
    • Guide the development of online platforms and channels that differentiate Nokia from our competitors, including the evaluation of emerging technologies to advise on adoption where appropriate to keep Nokia at the forefront of relevant developments in digital marketing.
    • Create, manage and communicate plans clearly and comprehensively to ensure all stakeholders are engaged.
    • Track and measure results to ensure impact and improvement over time
    • Identify and regularly communicate success metrics
    Your skills and experience
    • Proactive sharing with immediate teams and management information sharing
    • Campaign teams/B2B, B2C, TECH, NBL
    • Performance, security, and stability maintenance and improvement of the Nokia.com platform.
    • Aquia and Drupal configuration optimization
    • Oversight on Drupal security advisories and evaluation of them in the context of Nokia.com
    • TLS / SSL certificate monitoring
    • Certification maintenance in Akamai, Acquia and Rackspace
    • Minimum 8 years relevant online/IT experience.
    • Experience with both B2B and B2C website technology and infrastructure deployments, with a focus on enabling demand generation through advanced customer journeys, website personalization, and implementations of data-driven website strategies
    • Demonstrable digital experience leveraged to drive B2B demand generation
    • Education level required: Degree level
    • Global experience is a plus

    • Excellence in process definition, from the re-engineering of web development processes to content management lifecycle.
    • Strong communication, project management, and analytical technical skills
