Job Description

    Profile :PLANTHEAD/ TECHNICALHEADCompany :1. Responsible for complete manufacturing operations2. PPC management Improvement in PPC planning (KRA would be to reduce the shipment lead times)3. Ensure Unit production targets are achieved on daily basis/shift basis.4. Improve production output per machine/manpower.5. Improve overall quality levels to achieve zero complaints.6. Establish process driven operations (Development and implementation of SOPs for every single operations /activities in the plant).7. Manpower rationalization.8. Inventory rationalization and management9. Supply Chain management10. Oversee New product development and production expansion activities.11. Costing / pricing validation for all enquiries with the support of costing department.12. Develop organization and operation capabilities14. Improve the bottom-line of manufacturing units
