    A branch manager is an employee whooversees the operations of a branch of a bank or financial institution. The branch managers responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the locations revenues.A Branch Manager, or General Manager, is responsible for overseeing all the operations of a branch of an organization.
