Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSite HR & Admin HeadKey result areas:
    • HR POLICIES / PROGRAMMES / SYSTEMS: Guide, oversee and ensure implementation of Human Resources and Administration Policies, programmes, initiate & institutionalize all HR systems, approaches in accordance with the need of the units business and as per CHR guidelines.
    • CREATING, ENABLING WORK CLIMATE / CULTURE: Plan and oversee effective implementation of participative culture, employee relations (Viz.OHS, Performance Appraisal) which will facilitate employees to involve and contribute in achieving units performance results, change in mindset, build trust and openness and spirit of collaboration and team work.
    • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS & HARMONY: Establish and maintain industrial harmony by ensuring industrial relations services by negotiating with unions and providing guidance to line management.
    • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Guide and oversee training function to ensure effectiveness and to create performance oriented management culture, learning organization for team development.
    • COMMUNITY AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT: Plan, guide and recommend programmes for social, community and rural development activities in surrounding villages, covering areas like, economic development, agriculture, social welfare activity, health, education, etc., in line with AV Birla Groups Philosophy and commitment towards rural development.
    • SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION: Plan, administer and ensure implementation of schemes/ activities for the safety, security & welfare of employees and their families in township.
    Must have skills:
    • Functional knowledge in HR and IR. Understanding of statutory compliances
    • Exposure to establishing and implementing strong frameworks with regards to management of workers, contract staff, payroll and other HR functions
    • Ability to handle large datasets and perform high-level data analysis
    • Critical Exposure required: Must have Project Design & Execution experience in Paints or Chemicals industry.
    Other skills:
    • Qualification Required: MBA in HR/Post Graduate Diploma in HR & IR
