Position summaryAmazon Global Transfer Services team in India is recruiting a Sr. Administrator, who will be driving and monitoring key quality deliverables for the Contract Generation process for Transferring employees of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. This is a Specialized role and the incumbent would need to possess strong HR knowledge. Key job responsibilitiesOne of the responsibilities of this role is to conduct 4 Eye Check (4EC) of country specific legal contracts generated and provide feedback to process Specialists as appropriate. This review will aim to improve team s performance by providing clear expectations, guidelines and consistency by creating standard work thus delighting the end customer. The Sr. Administrator will also be required to contribute to support the contract generation process basis the need of the hour. There will be opportunity to collaborate with broader teams across geography to standardize processes and provide seamless Transfer experience to employees. Leveraging the skill set, the incumbent will provide guidance, training and resolution related to the process to GTS members. The Sr. Administrator will provide critical value and insight into the data accuracy and integrity of information transmitted. They will maintain singular focus on ensuring and improving customer satisfaction, by identifying broader customer impacting issues and implementing solutions to drive quality and productivity, while achieving real time desired service levels. A successful candidate will have experience working in a high-volume environment, strong people management skills, excellent communication skills, and must have the ability to partner with stakeholders to improve solutions. About the teamGlobal Transfer Services (GTS) Team is part of the LifeCycle (LC) Service within People eXperience and Technology (PXT). GTS provides assistance/guidance to hiring teams and employees in the internal hiring process for domestic as well as international movements. The Team is built to provide a standardized Transfer experience to all employees across the globe.,
    • 3+ years experience in HR or related field
    • 3+ to 4+ years of experience in HR domain, preferably in HR Services
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise and action on work with minimal guidance
    • Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
