Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MES, IIOT & Analytics Solution Support Lead to join our team for a large program implementation in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing execution systems, industrial internet of things (IIOT), and analytics solution support, and should be able to provide technical support to our clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support for the implementation of MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions for our clients.
    • Lead a team of support engineers and technicians to ensure that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and standard operating procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions are integrated and working as intended.
    • Work closely with the project manager to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the implementation and support of the MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for all technical support processes and procedures.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in MES, IIOT, and analytics solution support.
    • Strong technical knowledge of MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Ability to travel as required.
