Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a sales plan for Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in infra projects, such as engineers, consultants, and contractors.
    • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contract management.
    • Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    Requirements:
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on approval and sales in infra projects.
    • Experience selling Construction Chemical products.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
