Job Description

    JD:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with technology and business teams, preferably in a delivery role- Is familiar with the ITIL processes Incident, Change and Problem ManagementTechnical skills:- Has sufficient knowledge of Technologies such as AIX, Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL- Knowledge on opensource and cloud technologies such as AWS would be a plus point given the banks strategy to move towards cloud- Good to have knowledge & understanding of IT Infrastructure, Firewall, Web Server, JVMsSoft skills:- Good interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with business and technology stakeholders.- Flexibility to adapt to different work requirements (Late night/weekend MIMs, urgent business requirements, ability to work under pressure etc.)- Self-starter and independent (Can propose ideas for service improvement/delivery, can make decisions on his/her own, follow up with different teams to progress BAU deliverables to closure)Location: Mumbai/ PuneNotice Period: immediate joiners to 30 days preferred
