Job Description

    The Person will be responsible for Managing EPGI big A/C KOEL( Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd) in west region.To provide technical and commercial support to the KOEL and their OEMs .Making Effective co-ordination with various dept. of facility, customer and the leadership team. Building Relationship at all levels in customer hierarchy,Ensuring excellent business coordination / relationship in order to achieve the organization goals with the entire satisfaction of customer needs / demand .Setting up the target, mapping the market requirement, and forecasting the requirement. Long term Strategy planning.The Person need to own the responsibility of business.JOB DETAILSThe Person should:
    • Responsible as Key account Manager, working from P to P with entire satisfaction of customer and organization key stack holders.
      • Liaison with Customer and their OEMs, consultants, Branch officials for Technical / commercial support on our products.
    Building business Relationship with OEMs, Engine manufacturers , consultants and end users.Customer Satisfaction is to be measured in terms of timely response, Quality of response, relationships at the various levels, business incremental, organizing senior team members meetings as & when required, periodic visits etc.
    • Long Terms strategy
    • Booking orders and Concluding
    • Collection of Receivables in
    • Organizing sales conference, Customer / consultants
    • Ensure that products or systems proposed to customers are techno- commercially
    • Support the sales team during customer visits, trade fairs and assist the team to gather technical information on customers current and potential applications.
    • Participate on product development
    • Developing the marketing
    EXTERNAL & INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPSExternal: All EPGI customers and potential customers.Internal: EPG Sales Team, cross function teamsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTSAreas: India and Europe (mostly France).Frequency: depending on requirement, but min 10-12 days in a month.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEducation and Qualification(s)
    • Essential Bachelors degree in Electrical
    • Desirable MBA specialization in Sales &
    Experience
    • Minimum 10-15 years experience in Electric power generation
    • Sales experience and knowledge of Leroy Somer products will be an asset
    Language(s) & level:
    • Fluent in English;
