        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must have 7 years working experience in supporting O365 technologies and willing to work in rotational shifts 2 Good Verbal and Written Communication skills 3 Good proficiency in creating Knowledge base articles and documentation 4 Good understanding and hands on experience in working with Powershell 5 Good understanding of Incident/Change and Problem Management 6 Good understanding of supporting technologies like On-Premise Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016 and Mail routing softwares
        • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum 7 years of experience in Office 365 security and compliance or related IT operational functions 2 Intermediate knowledge about the use of PowerShell Microsoft 365 certification in Security Administration MS-500 3 Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment -including team members across the globe 4 Good awareness of ITIL standards is essential Intermediate knowledge of change, problem, and incident management 5 Ability to understand organizational needs
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Experience in dealing with demanding customers, preferably in the financial sector 2 ITIL certified 3 Service Now knowledge 4 ADFS knowledge 5 AD Connect / Azure AD knowledge 6 Administration/Working with Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 and Exchange Hybrid servers
