    Urgent Requirement for AADM/ADM/Sr. ADM for Agency Channel:Company - Max Life InsuranceLocation: Solapur, Ahmednagar, puneCTC- 3.25 LPA to 6 LPAGraduate(10+2+3)2 years of field sales experience(Any Industry like Pharma/Telecom & Insurance Preferred)Good stability.Should be from a structured organization with proper documents & salary proof.Role & Responsibility:It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors / Agents through your own references.Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life insurance sales.This will be on role job with FIXED SALARY + INCENTIVES.Advisors can get commission on their sales.If your Performance is good you will get Fasttrack promotion + Incentives + manager role.Candidates should have atleast 2 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.
