Job Description

    We are hiring for an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company.Role Expectations:In this role, you will:Support Functions and Customer areas within Portfolio in applying agile methodologies, agile, thinkingand mindset to realize the implementation of agile ways of working across product teamsIn particular, working directly with product teams, consisting of members from Engineering, ProductManagement, Data Analytics and Services, etc.Have at least 7-10 years of experience as team level agile coach with solid expertise and experience inthe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and apply these to the development and execution; SAFe ProgramConsultant certification or higher desiredEstablish discovery process to understand key areas of improvementCoaching of Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers and Product OwnersDefine and implement metrics / key performance indicators to measure progress and success;implement mitigations for under-performing metrics; identify, monitor, and mitigate key risksSupport the culture of continuous improvementAlign with a large agile initiative currently being undertaken (Agile E2E Framework to Delivery) and theagile coaches that are working in this initiativeProvide on demand support for ad hoc issues that product team are unable to resolve themselvesQualifications:Masters Degree and experience in related discipline (Computer Sciences, Engineering, etc.), MSIS,MIS, or MBA preferredLong-standing and seasoned experience in running and deploying agile software delivery models andframeworks; advanced certification required in most common agile frameworks (e.g. PMI-ACP, fromScrum.Org, Scrum Alliance, SAFe, LeSS)Relevant experience in software/systems engineering and a software development background,preferably in a healthcare companyProven experience in leading software teams through collaborative technological innovation in agileenvironments with tangible outcomes7-10 years experience managing or leading teams or programsQuick learner with the ability to understand complex workflows and develop and validate innovativesolutions to address customer needs or to realize market opportunitiesGood communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders and customers to explain technology andwith the proven ability to take insights from customers and translate them into technical deliverablesProven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, track andmeasure outcomesFamiliarity with the technological trends and their relevance to the healthcare industry. A passionateand decisive business leader. Demonstrating courage, vision and drive to achieve outcomes at theforefront of innovative technological changes
