      • Key Responsibilities : A: Strong Agile project experience Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworksB: Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Product Owners and Business partners in Agile ways of workingC: Experience in Agile tooling ex -VSTS is a mustD: Experience in conducting proof of conceptsE: Agile certifications/trainings preferred PSPO equivalent certification preferred
      • Technical Experience : A: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to communicate concisely and clearly CBAPB: Certified Business Analysis Professional or PMI-PBA certification preferred Lean Practitioner training and experience are an asset
      • Professional Attributes : A: Good communication skills and other soft skills
