Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Facility, tools, fixtures planning, budget workout, procurement & implementation for new Variant projects on vehicle assembly, New Variants introduction as per APQP. Design and establishment of process for new products / models implementation at vehicle assembly.2. Workout budget requirement, FTG procurement, Installation & commission for Product & process change management.3. Study & analyze all PCRN & PDRN to accept for implementation & close as per check sheet for respective shops.4. Line Process Concerns, Field concerns, Quality concerns resolutions effectively & efficiently.5. Identify & implement Process improvement & WC reduction in existing body welding process to improve overall productivity.6. Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the BIW shop7. Design & implement the facility & equipment.8. SE and inputs sharing to PD for product finalization. Qualifications BE Industry Preferred General Requirements BIW Mfg. Process design & Development., SE, Weld shop joinery knowledge. Well versed with Auto cad and catia Process fixture design, Equipment concept design. Body Shop all equipments Welding Fixtures, Welding Guns, sealer systems, Material handling, Robots working, buy off knowledge. NOVA B, Buy off process in depth knowledge DCP documentation wrt gateways Change Management Quality Systems Experience 5 to 9 years,
