Job Description

We are looking for BI Designer to be a part of Business Intelligence Service Delivery Team with expertise in SAP BI/BW, both back-end and front-end, and has strong analytical skills. In this role you will be an Individual Contributor having opportunity to work with a product based organization which offers exposure to latest technologies.

You will be based in Chakan, Pune

What You Will Do

As Analyst II you will:

Manage Stakeholders

  • Maintain good and meaningful communication/relationship with stakeholders. Support and address all type of requests from stakeholders.
  • Build up the relationship with key users and local process drivers and able to conduct effective discussion in meetings with users.
  • Conduct regular meeting with super users to keep them informed of current solution and issues.
  • Conduct small trainings to super users to improve solution adoption and reduce support demand.

Deliver GAPs in collaboration with Global Process team

  • Gather and clarify business As-Is and To-Be requirements with adequate level of details.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Process Experts, to design optimal and sound solution according to best practices and with quality.

Develop team competence

  • Provide relevant knowledge transfer to respective Service Delivery Team members.
  • Make sure to have good knowledge and secure compliance to internal processes.
  • Analyse current environment, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, propose solutions, and participate in service improvement initiatives.
Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • A Bachelors Degree with experience of 7 years and more in SAP BI/BW, both back end and front experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in BI7.x and BW on Hana development experience (aDSO, Composite Provider, Calculation HANA Views, etc).
  • Done minimum 3 full cycles of medium/complex BW implementations
  • Good business knowledge in FI, SD, MM, PS, HR, APO modules
  • Good knowledge of interfacing SAP BW to other SAP products (R3, APO, CRM, MDG, Ariba, Success factor etc)
  • ABAP knowledge to develop custom extractors, DTP routines, Transformation routines, etc
  • Developer experience with reporting tools (Design Studio/Lumira Designer, Webi, Analysis for Excel, Power BI, IDT/Universe)
  • Good development experience with LIS extractors (Sales Order, Billing, FI-GL, Purchase Order, Configuration extractors)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL to be used natively with HANA and MS SQL databases (good to have)
