Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for AP/AR Clerk - US ProcessJob Title: AP/AR Clerk - US ProcessDepartment: FinanceReports To: F&A SupervisorFLSA Status: ICP Remote ServiceShifts: Night Shifts - EST US - 8:00am to 5:00pm (8 hour day) IST 06:00 pm 03:00 am.Job Location: Pune (Complete Work From Home)Salary : 05 15 LPAResponsibilities

  1. Timely and accurate preparation of customer statements, ensuring delivery by email to all customers each month.
  2. Review accounts payable invoices for appropriate documentation and approval of payables prior to entry.
  3. Perform accounts payable entry, coding to appropriate expense account and cost center for accurate financial recording.
  4. Obtains approval from authorized personnel for payment for miscellaneous invoices.
  5. Maintain electronic storage of accounts payable invoices, ensuring upload into SAP document.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma required.
  2. 4-6 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience necessary
  3. Technical skills Knowledge of general accounting and internal control principals
  4. Computer skills Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook
  5. Desired soft skills Works well independently but must be a team player, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills, problem solver, excellent customer service skills.
