Job Description

What you ll doIn your daily work, youwillinteract with different people such asthe Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Dev Engineers and BusinessstakeholdersusingtheSalesforce Platform Apps.Based on your knowledge and expertise we expect you to:

  • Support and develop applications in the Salesforce Platform according to the product roadmap.
  • To achieve the above, perform requirement gathering, business analysis, functional design, implementation of projects on Salesforce Platform
  • Work in aSAFe Agile (Scaled Agile Framework) working environment and deliver value to the business
  • Engage in problem-solving with theSalesforce and otherITteams for the various challenges faced
  • Test the solutions you develop and be of assistance to the business in this process
What you ll needWe are looking for a professional with an IT background and preferably somebody who has above average experience in the Salesforce area. You should be experienced in requirement gathering, analysis, Salesforce configuration, customization and project coordination across the project lifecycle. We are looking for somebody with:
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce designer/developer
  • The following certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder / Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
  • Preferred below certifications: Salesforce.com Certified Platform DeveloperI / Salesforce.com CertifiedPlatform Developer II
  • Knowledge about customizing and configuring Salesforce apps using Apex, VF, REST andLightning
  • Development experience of Flows, Process Builders, Triggers, Workflows, etc.
  • Knowledge about Web Services and API Integration
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple initiatives at the same time while collaborating with all stakeholders to find the best solution
  • Ability to communicate their vision clearly while cooperating with team members and stakeholders
