        • Key Responsibilities : Managing cases, requests and Support all SAP supporting business applications Ensuring that client systems are fully operational, and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations Renewing SSL
        • Technical Experience : Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux server, IIS and networking Working knowledge of SQL Databases basic network configuration Working knowledge on Web server and IIS configuration Working knowledge on managing application server and application configurations Working knowledge on SAML OpenID configuration for authentication Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and logic building capabilities Ability to handle application patch and version upgrades Excellent
