Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Understand and create YouTube content and organic marketing strategy - Optimize Video Content & YouTube Channels - Overall Responsible for YouTube channels growth and user engagement - Work with YouTube optimization tools and various YouTube APIs - Video on page metadata fixing & off-page optimization - Promote YouTube live stream - Competitor channel & video analysis - Define and implement channel strategy including long-term goals go-to-market strategies and key performance indicators within YouTube s search engine - Manage channel content including live-stream events digital media assets social media marketing campaigns and owned/earned/paid media - Create maintain and promote channel content including videos and other assets - Develop and oversee channel community including channel moderators marketing managers and network of channel partners - Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines - Supervise channel operations including staffing facilities and equipment - Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics including paid and organic search social and display advertising - Manage channel communications including social media blogs and other owned/earned/paid media - Oversee channel business analytics including reporting analysis and optimization - Develop and implement channel budget - Setting the upload schedules for our YouTube channels handling video uploads and creating video metadata (titles tags thumbnails) and playlists - Developing solutions that integrate YouTube workflows with the workflows of our other content activities - Optimize existing channels by keeping written information (e.g. channel descriptions) and visuals (e.g. channel icons and banners) up-to-date and adjusting for SEO and stickiness - Monitor and analyze YouTube Studio analytics daily and identify trends over time - Read articles and watch videos about how YouTubes algorithm works and what kind of content metadata and scheduling works best on the platform - Run experiments based on theories developed by yourself and your team and share results/ learnings/ strategic updates with broader ORM Team - Integrate lessons learned into daily practice and update the YouTube playbook , * a) Qualifications Bachelor or Master of Mass communication from a premier and good institute. Advertising background preferred. b) Work Experience 5-6 years of experience in Digital Creative Production. Should have an advertising background (education or work experience). HTML skills would be an added advantage Should possess good experience on MS Office suite Responsible for helping to execute the creative direction on a range of campaigns, banners, brochures, mailers, and social posts A YouTuber/ vlogger/ social media expert, with experience uploading videos and maintaining channel(s) Passionate about video (watching, creating, editing, sharing etc.) Willing to take on any challenges as we scale Extremely organized and process oriented Able to get things done with exceptional troubleshooting abilities Comfortable dealing with and understanding digital products (apps, video etc.) Good at dealing with ambiguity and a go-getter
