Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering product data including web analytics statistics and consumer trends Conduct research & analyse trends to identify customer needs and market gaps Suggest product enhancements and improvements to improve user experience Coordinate findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines Create & review user stories from Features for business improvement Scope user stories and participate in solution discussions Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver the user stories Ensuring timeline adherence to all assigned businesses and modules across agreed milestones Review the project plans prepared by the Program Management team for respective Products and ensure adherence to Product Roadmap Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc. and alignment with planned business goals Perform quality assurance controls on products Monitor key Business & Tech KPIs against defined thresholds , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 4-5 years of experience in Product Management Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school, with graduation in Computer sciences or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college FinTech or Ecommerce experience is desirable Good understanding of Enterprise data platforms and front-end web technologies developers effectively with help from an Architect Good understanding of concepts like Agile Team structure and scrum ceremonies Must understand end to end Product Lifecycle including the PDCA cycle Knowledge of product management tools such as Product Plan, Azure and wire-framing tools such as Invision/ Zeplin
