Job Description

    We have an urgent role with a leading Consumer Durable Group(MNC) at Pune Role : Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager - VRF & DuctLocation : Pune Budget - 16-20 Lac (Including Variable)Exp: 8+ Years , from Consumer Durable (VRF /Commercial Vertical)Profile :Role Objective :Sales & Collection target achievement for the territory/area assigned in accordance with guidelines of the Business Head to achieve Business Plan Target & Management Goals.JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:Sales Achievement- Preparing roadmap of the plan received for the vertical - Develop understanding of market dynamics and develop strategies to gain incremental business- Responsible for hitting monthly sales plan and increasing sales volume for the assigned territory/area as per Business PlanChannel Expansion: - Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel- Identify new channel partner (SSD) & trade opportunities for expanding the channel network- Responsible for channel/market mapping.- Responsible for generating enquiries through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. & tracking the same on regular basis.Tracking Outstanding- Tracking & controlling the overdue outstandings. - Ensuring outstandings are cleared as per defined timelines.Market Share- Ensure achievement of value market share - Ensure growth in market share in proportion to the market growth in industry. Service- Coordinating with Service team to resolve service issues across all channels,
