Job Description

    Control, Lead, and Monitor all accounts and bookkeeping-related activities across the organization. Establish a clear and well-defined system of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books of accounts for all divisions Preparing the consolidated financials at the Country Level Have in-depth knowledge of IndAS and preferably IFRS also. Ensure that all accounting standards applicable to the company have been complied with Good knowledge of SAP, the closing processes in SAP Ensure finalization of books of accounts and ensure audited financial statements are released as per the deadlines set by management for Group audits and financial year-end audits Ensuring that SAP-related monthly closing processes are properly completed Control, Monitor, and Lead the supervision of Accounts Receivables and Payables and ensure strict control over the same Establish and control the fixed assets management acquisition, accounting, monitoring, tracking, and physical verification of. the fixed assets Establish a robust system of tax compliances and ensure that all tax compliances are done on time in full, and accurately. Monitor that there are no revenue leakages. Ensure all assessments are handled diligently. Suggest ways and means for better tax planning Suggest and lead automation projects in finance to bring in better controls, accuracy, and productivity of the team Establish reporting standards and embark on the journey of accounting excellence Work closely with the internal control team to establish Standard Operating Procedures, review them periodically, tighten controls, and ensure risks are properly and fully mitigated across the organization Prepare the accounting manual for the organization. Lead the treasury operation, ensure necessary compliance with the laws, FEMA, etc. Work closely with the Finance Controller to raise term loans, and working capital loans for the various projects on time Establish and monitor the daily cash flows and assist the Finance Controller in income maximization Should be able to lead a Team, and have good leadership qualities. Should be able to assist the Finance Controller in Change management Have a vision of the roadmap for the accounting and taxation team meaning leading the team to the global best practices and making it a world-class function Liaisons with internal and external auditors, bankers Should be process-oriented. Ability to work with a team, and have good communication skills both oral and written,
