JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)Job Title-Asst Sales Manager/Sales ManagerReporting Relationship-Team LeaderFunction / Department-Sales & Marketing - HVGeneral Accountability-Generaton of the business through agents and RoadshowsNature & Scope of position-1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents2. Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation4. Training and agent life cycle management5. Brand development by conducting road shows6. Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction7. Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SMKey relationship/ customers-External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing socities and retail customersInternal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team, Claims TeamCompetencies-1.Self Motivated and Self starter2.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills3.Understand Insurance Products4.Client Acquisition and Retention Skills5.Customer Orientation 6.Ability to connect at cross functional levelEducation & ExperienceQualification - Graduation Experience - fresh / 1 Year Preferred Industry - Insurance -Health /Life/ GIExperience of Agent recruitment & sales in previous job is preffered
