DescriptionThe IT Development Team Leader has a good understanding of assigned tasks to deliver development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Team Leader has supervisory responsibility for a team developing programme logic for new applications/products or analyse and modify logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the IT Development Manager.Job Responsibility* Follows IT Development processes to deliver tasks to support the execution of development of applications / products;* Limited supervisory responsibility of a team of application/product development professionals to deliver development activities enabling achievement of the IT strategy;* Follows IT Development processes to deliver tasks to support the execution of development activities in line with the business brief and SLAs, resolving application domain challenges across the critical systems (e.g. Billing, CRM and Provisioning);* Guides team for the evaluation of Request for Proposal (RFPs) in project delivery.
