TresVista is Great Place to Work-Certified- from February 2022 - February 2023 by the Great Place to Work- Responsibilities Assumed: Technical Understanding: - Analyzing and spreading the financial statements in the client database - Understanding the correlation between the three financial statements (IS, BS, CF) to identify any inconsistencies while capturing or tagging line items- Reading and interpreting information from accompanying notes/schedule for a deeper understanding of financial metric- Understanding the companys capital structure, debt details and identifying related metrics and covenants of debt issued- Able to differentiate and explain the terminologies associated with financial statements (e.g., Proforma Statement,Adjusted v/s Reported EBITDA, Carrying value of Debt, Interest Spread, Coupon, etc.)- Ability to work on proprietary and third-party software designed to cater to finance industry- Ensuring quality and accuracy of data- Maximizing team productivity and ensuring communication guidelines and timelines (TATs) are adhered- Able to remediate project-related escalation by assigning the right resources and providing quality review- Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changes in the market. Challenge existing processes and mindset and display imagination and thoughtfulness to bring innovation Project Management: - Defining the scope of engagements, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery- Ensuring efficient and effective execution of all key aspects of client deliverables- Providing quality oversight on projects and document timely and continuous feedback for performance improvement Managing Client Relationships:- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships by increasing integration Team Management and Leadership: - Working closely with new Associates and guiding them on day-to-day project management and delivery- Mentoring, training, and developing the Associates and Analysts- Managing team issues effectively- Contributing to the overall operational strategy for data quality function and responsible for the implementation of the strategy within the team- Providing timely and continuous feedback for performance improvement Prerequisites: - Proficient with the English language and excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sound knowledge of accounting concepts; well versed with financial terms- Experienced in financial statement analysis- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure 100% quality and compliance with guidelines and operating policies- Thrives to work in challenging environment and has flexible mindset and adaptability to manage client deadlines- Attention to detail- Strive to achieve excellence Experience - An MBA (preferably in Finance) with a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience,- Or 10+years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree in any field (preferably finance or Accounting) Education Graduate/MBA (Finance) preferred Compensation The compensation structure will be as per industry standards,
