He/ she should be able to perform rule-based tasks. He/she works with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manager to identify issues & opportunities for improvement. This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams.Responsibilities

  • Prior 1 to 3 years of HRO experience preferably in HR helpdesk Chat/ Voice
  • Must have Work force administration experience (hire to retire Backoffice)
  • Preferable Workday (Technology HR Platform) working knowledge in terms of application usage
  • Prior HR experience of 1-3 years and understands the HR employee life cycle in general and application across HR processes/ policies
  • Role would include processing volumes and taking chats along with at the same maintaining the SLA s.
  • Good command on spoken & written English
  • High on MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High on attitude and confidence and capable of working under pressure - Multitasking
  • Open to work in Night Shifts
  • Prior experience of CRM and chat tools will be an additional advantage.
  • Quick learner and capable of multi-task
  • Should be capable to manage work under pressure of meeting stringent deadlines
