Job Description

    Primary skills: Should have excellent knowledge of contract law, good interpretation skill, experience in Contract Drafting, Red-lining, Analysis and assessments, contractual compliance Secondary skills: Should be able to work under defined parameters and guidelines Should be a multitasker Should be able to analyze and draw meaningful information from dispersed set of information Ability to work in a team towards a desired goal Job responsibilities: Review/ Red-line Contracts and meet deadlines Contractual Obligation Management Follow organizational / engagement wide process / systems / policies Participate in Knowledge management/ training initiatives Preparation and dissemination of reports Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities Interact / correspond with people from other departments and communicate with them on issues related to contract. Identifying legal issues and risks and deviations in the contract. Research and Analysis on legal aspects. Team handling experience and client facing experience preferred Soft Skill Requirement: Excellent Communication Skill, negotiation, and Conflict management skills. Team Players with ready disposition to learn, able to lead a team. Minimum experience required: 3+ years; Preferably in Legal / Compliance / Contract Management dept.,
